證所稅修法　台股年底前有機會突破8500點 Jun 28th 2013, 00:37 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕立法院三讀通過攸關證所稅的《所得稅法》部分條文修正案，取消現行8500點以上的課徵門檻，一般散戶都免徵證所稅，激勵台股反彈上揚，宏利台灣動力基金經理人周奇賢表示，台股今年將進入內外經濟同步改善的基本面回升行情，預期短期將在7600點至8100點區間整理，年底前有機會突破8500點的整數關卡。
