房市╱四都5月移轉均量增13%以上　新北創奢侈稅以來新高 Jun 4th 2013, 10:19 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕農曆年後房市持續升溫，根據台北市、新北市、台中市以及高雄市地政機關最新的5月買賣移轉資料顯示，四都的建物買賣移轉棟數都比4月成長13%以上，且普遍都來到奢侈稅後的高點，其中，新北市5月移轉7,773棟，寫下近24個月、即奢侈稅實施後的新高。
