出口商拋匯、外資匯出　新台幣早盤上下震盪近4角　 Jun 21st 2013, 03:47 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕美國量化寬鬆(QE)可能退場，震撼全球金融市場，韓元等亞洲貨幣兌美元走弱，不過，新台幣兌美元匯價今(21)日早盤則在外資匯出，出口商逢高出脫美元之下，上下震盪近4角，隨後在30.05元呈現升值盤整格局。
