張忠謀掛保證　外資喊讚　台積電股價強漲表態 Oct 26th 2012, 04:20 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台積電董事長張忠謀在法說會中釋出佳音，雖然看壞全球經濟，也批評央行匯率政策，但是台積電第3季營收及獲利雙雙創新高，第4季表現可接近預估值上緣，張忠謀明白指出，到2016年業績都可以期待，外資也調升評等，法人推估台積電今年EPS可望超過6元，台積電26日股價強漲，成為多頭重要指標。
