經濟成長變保「1」　施顏祥：經濟部不敢過份樂觀 Oct 31st 2012, 10:52 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕行政院主計總處31日第9度下修今年經濟預測，預估經濟成長率僅剩1.05%，勉強保「1」。經濟部長施顏祥表示，目前國際經濟情勢相當嚴峻，可以預期的，會有一段時間經濟部不敢樂觀。
