投資股票時機差　10月消費者信心指數創2年9個月新低 Oct 29th 2012, 07:16 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕受到近期台北股市成交量能低迷，以及股票股利將課二代健保補充保費影響，消費者對「未來半年投資股票時機」信心大為下跌，加上民眾對經濟、物價信心仍未恢復，使得10月消費者信心指數連續第2個月下降，指數72.73點來到99年2月、近2年9個月以來的新低。
