駁張忠謀　彭淮南：2008年台灣若貶值會被國際譴責 Oct 29th 2012, 03:45 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台積電董事長張忠謀近幾年來對央行的匯率政策相當不滿，幾乎是每年都會提出來講，央行總裁彭淮南29日在立法院指出，台灣與韓國不同，韓圓在2008年貶值25.7%，外匯存底減少610億元；但台灣外匯存底則是增加200億元，「他們減少、我們增加，怎能貶值呢？」彭淮南坦言，「假如這樣做，我們會被國際譴責」。
