員工子女甄試加分措施引爭議　中鋼：決定取消 Oct 31st 2012, 09:51 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕針對近日媒體報導中鋼員工子女參加公司招募甄選時，給予筆試加分的優惠規定，中鋼31日發出聲明表示，雖然這個措施有其時空背景，但因此引發外界諸多評論，及「情緒性」字眼，中鋼深表遺憾，經考量就業公平性及社會觀感，決定現職及退休員工子女優惠加分規定。
