張忠謀看壞全球經濟　批央行匯率政策　台灣競爭力輸韓國 Oct 25th 2012, 06:15 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台積電董事長張忠謀25日與諾貝爾經濟學獎得主席姆斯（Christopher A. Sims）對談，會後媒體詢問對全球經濟景氣的看法，他坦言，歐洲生病3年了，如果不明快處理，會愈來愈壞；美國的情況也不好，不管是誰當選下任總統都一樣，所以對全球經濟仍是悲觀，不過，對台積電前景仍是振奮；張忠謀也批評央行匯率政策，5年來讓台灣競爭力大輸韓國。
