8月公益彩券盈餘19.29億　累積政府公益盈餘1190億 Oct 5th 2012, 04:51 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台彩今（5）日表示，101年8月份為政府創造的公益彩券盈餘達19.29億元，自96年1月至101年8月底累積政府公益彩券盈餘達1190.98億元，依規定分配50%供地方政府辦理社會福利及慈善活動之用、45%供政府補助國民年金之用，其餘5%則挹注全民健康保險準備。
