二代健保補充保費扣繳辦法出爐 股利等6項特定所得納入 Oct 26th 2012, 02:18 〔記者尹慧中╱台北報導〕行政院日前已決定二代健保於102年1月1日正式上路，其中「全民健康保險扣取及繳納補充保險費辦法」，行政院衛生署已於核定扣繳辦法，民眾有6項特定所得(或收入)者應按費率2%計收補充保險費。
