景氣差！畢業生搶3年鐵飯碗　研發替代役競爭激烈 Oct 4th 2012, 10:43 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕景氣亮出第10顆代表「低迷」的藍燈，創下史上第二長紀錄，較2008年金融海嘯時期的連9藍更為嚴重，國內經濟情勢持續走緩，企業徵才意願降低，但即使國內廠商釋出工作機會減少，企業對於優質人才需求依舊熱烈，為網羅優質人才，國內企業看準碩士以上高學歷的應屆畢業生，透過研發替代役及預聘制度，提前延攬102年應屆畢業的高學歷專業人才。
