房市╱實價登錄第2個月　台中、高雄9月買賣移轉小黑作收 Oct 3rd 2012, 10:42 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕台中市與高雄市地政局3日公布今年9月份買賣移轉棟數，雙都移轉都呈現減少，與8月份相比，台中市減少了3.69%，高雄市減少1.78%，在實價登錄後表現勉強維持平盤。
