台電、中油經營改善若無法達成　施顏祥：請辭以示負責 Jun 29th 2012, 17:00 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕經濟部長施顏祥29日提出「台電及中油公司經營改善初步檢討報告」，承諾台電、中油將在未來5年內合計提升經營效益1,110億元，施顏祥晚間並表示，若是台電、中油的經營改善項目無法達成，將請辭部長以示負責，承擔督導不力的責任。
