高通揚言自己蓋晶圓廠　張忠謀：我是很懷疑 Jun 29th 2012, 10:22 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕台積電28奈米製程產能供不應求，傳出手機晶片大廠高通(Qualcomm）下單聯電，以解決產能短缺問題，甚至揚言自己蓋晶圓廠，對此，台積電董事長張忠謀29日表示，「我很懷疑它(高通)會自己要蓋晶圓廠」，至於擔不擔心聯電搶單?他說，「我們隨時都怕別人會搶單」。
