金管會准了！4家銀行獲准增設5分行、2家信合社增3處分社 Jun 28th 2012, 10:58 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金管會28日通過4家銀行及2家信合社增設分行案，包括上海商銀、台新銀行、國泰世華銀行及京城銀行等4家銀行共可增設5家分行，還有淡水第一信用合作社及基隆第一信用合作社則可增設3處分社，其中又以上海商銀獲准增設2處分行最多。
