利潤回饋全民？　民營電廠尚未完成內部程序　周內再協商 Jun 28th 2012, 10:58 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕經濟部能源局今（28）日再度邀集國光、森霸、星能、星元等4家民營發電業者與台電公司就購電費率進行調處，對於台電提出業者將超過合理利潤（如資產報酬率超過3%）部分的60%回饋給全民，其餘40%歸業者所有的方案，由於業者表示時間緊迫，尚未向各公司董事會報告，因而決議待業者儘速完成內部程序後，於1周內再行協商。
