回復正常機制　油價七月起「漲全漲、降全降」 Jun 22nd 2012, 09:24 〔財經中心╱綜合報導〕受國際油價重挫影響，國內油價持續下降，依據浮動油價機制推測，國內柴、汽油價下周很可能會是「連12降」，加上「應漲未漲」的金額已全數回收，為回歸油價正常，自7月2日起將用「漲全漲，降全降」的機制，取代原有的「漲半漲，降半降」。
