遭控掏空判4年6個月　大同集團董事長林蔚山：不能接受！ Jun 29th 2012, 14:58 〔財經中心╱台北報導〕大同集團董事長林蔚山被控掏空公司資產新台幣17餘億元，個人投資通達公司導至集團虧損，板橋地院29日做出判決，將林蔚山依違反證交法等罪，判處有期徒刑4年6個月。林蔚山晚間發出聲明稿強調深感遺憾，「完全不能接受」。
