辜濂松又缺席股東會！　中信金：董事長身體復原情況良好 Jun 28th 2012, 03:22 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕中信金控今(28)日召開股東會，董事長辜濂松仍請假未到，由董事薛香川代理主席，不過，由於辜濂松已4、5年未出席股東會，加上近來也幾乎沒有在公開場合露面，股東關心辜濂松健康狀況，對此，中信金總經理吳一揆表示，辜董事長復原情況良好，雖然目前請假中，但他一直持續對公司事務有高度關心。
