房市╱Q2新北預售、新成屋平均房價35.9萬　續創歷史新高 Jun 28th 2012, 07:26 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕根據調查，第2季新北市預售屋與新成屋的平均房價上揚至35.9萬元，再度創下歷史新高，包括永和、新店、新莊、三重、中和、板橋、深坑等7個區，房價都超過「4字頭」，而房價「1字頭」的僅剩下鶯歌一區，也就是說，新北市已經快要看不到低於2字頭房價的區域了。
