7成9企業Q3徵才季增1成3 　傳產、貿易意願高 Jun 22nd 2012, 04:32 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕根據1111人力銀行調查，共有7成9受訪廠商今年第3季有徵才計畫，較上季6成6略增，其中以「傳產/製造」求才意願最高，主要求才原因以「填補流失人力」(47.76%)、「例行性徵才」(26.12%)與「業務量大增」(10.45%)佔多數。
