7/1起仿冒CAS、吉園圃等證明標章　小心商標法刑罰伺候！ Jun 25th 2012, 06:50 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕由於新商標法即將自7月1日上路，未來如果業者在沒有經過標章權人的同意，自行使用CAS有機農產品標章、吉園圃安全蔬果標章、溫泉專用標識、節能標章、台灣製產品MIT微笑標章等，將構成侵害證明標章權，可能會被處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新台幣20萬元以下罰金，且是公訴罪。
