謀殺醃頭為領保險金？壽險業：陳母若無涉案仍可能獲賠　 Mar 19th 2013, 05:06 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕嘉義縣頭顱分屍案，死者二哥陳姓男子這兩年陸續向保險公司投保高額意外險，也讓檢警懷疑陳姓男子是否可能圖謀妹妹保險金，對此，壽險業者表示，若最後確定陳姓要保人、也是受益人加害被保險人致死，陳姓要保人無法獲得理賠，但另一受益人陳母，在契約效力仍在之下，即妹妹知情，且在清醒之下，親簽保單，陳母仍可以申請理賠。
