核四公投　彭淮南：資訊需先完全透明，老百姓才能做決定 Mar 18th 2013, 09:08 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕針對核四公投問題，央行總裁彭淮南18日在立去院首度提出看法。他說，在公投前，資訊應先完全透明，由公正第三方針對核四進行科學檢定，包括軟硬體，讓民眾充份了解後，才能做出理性決定，不是只是「YES or NO」。
