明台產險涉車險假理賠案　金管會：已處分，尊重司法偵辦 Mar 16th 2013, 08:51 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕針對明台產險涉嫌找自家員工充當人頭，以虛擬事故詐領汽車任意險，金管會16日表示，經查核確有違反保險法令，並予以處分，明台產險也已就總經理葉聰煌及相關人員處以減薪及申誡。金管會並強調，尊重司法機關偵辦，並積極配合辦理，未來若案關公司負責人或人員確有不法的情事，將依「保險業負責人資格條件準則」規定辦理，絕不寬貸。
