強制車險申請理賠第一步　先取得交通事故相關證明文件 Mar 16th 2013, 04:53 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金管會提醒，民眾不幸發生交通事故，除應即時取得交通事故相關證明文件，以免錯失強制汽車責任保險理賠或補償的請求，若受害人要申請醫療費用，另應檢具身分證明文件、診斷證明書及醫療費用收據等相關文件；若申請死亡給付，還要檢具請求權人身分證明文件、死亡證明書、除戶戶籍謄本等相關文件，向對方肇事車輛所投保的產物保險公司申請保險金。
