確保債務人權益　金管會：銀行不良債權以自行催收為原則 Mar 12th 2013, 16:46 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金管會12日表示，經與銀行公會研商獲得共識，銀行出售不良債權經原則上自行催收為原則，只有特例才可允許出售，以確保債務人不會因銀行出售不良債權後，遭到追債而侵害其權益。
