景氣呈U型向上趨勢　財長張盛和：股市已甩開證所稅陰影 Mar 13th 2013, 06:46 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕財政部長張盛和今(13)日在立法院財委會答詢時表示，從最近股市平均成交易900多億元來看，股市已經脫離證所稅的陰影了，而且從各項經濟指標來看，台灣景氣已在去年底落底，目前呈現U型向上發展趨勢。
