東森國際關渡土地資產活化　出租Costco年租金逾5.2億 Mar 13th 2013, 10:48 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕東森國際13日與Costco集團簽約，Costco預計承租位於關渡科技園區的5732坪土地，自行規劃興建賣場與停車場，合約期限40年，預計在Costco進駐後，2017年可創造逾千億元的總產值。東森國際指出，活化關渡土地資產，平均年報酬超過3%，年總租金超過5.2億元。
