公平會重罰9民營電廠63.2億天價罰鍰　創史上新高紀錄 Mar 13th 2013, 10:48 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會今（13）日委員會議決議，9家民營電廠因聯合拒絕調整與台電公司的購售電費率，違反公平交易法，合計共罰63億2千萬元天價罰鍰，金額創下史上新高紀錄，甚至是公平會過去20年來所有罰鍰金額的近2倍。
