國泰金不動產增值可收逾443億　並看好商辦不致跌價 Mar 19th 2013, 11:08 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕國泰金控19日召開法說會，除公布去(2012)年稅後盈餘170億元，每股稅後盈餘(EPS)1.59元，也同時揭露不動產增值預估可收回新台幣443億元，目前規劃分5年收回，每年收回上限100億元。此外，國泰金認為，市場對商用不動產需求仍大，價格沒有下修跡象，但為提高收益率，國泰陸續將部分商辦轉換為飯店經營，預估報酬率一定比商辦好。
