聯電預定庫藏股買回20萬張　擬發現金股利0.4元 Mar 13th 2013, 14:52 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕聯電(2303)13日董事會決議將買回20萬張庫藏股，買回區間價7.8-16.9元，將做為轉讓給員工之用，另外，去年每股稅後淨利0.63元，董事會通過擬配發0.4元現金股利，股東會將在6月11日召開。
