金融整併　彭淮南：公營銀行有必要存在，但1、2家就夠　 Mar 18th 2013, 05:05 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕由於財政部長張盛和提到3家公股行庫可能併購，引發市場關注，央行總裁彭淮南今(18)日在立法院財委會表示，台灣的銀行數量確實過多，但公營銀行有必要存在，因為在景氣不好時，民營銀行及外商銀行會會雨天收傘，公營銀行則不會，但可能有1、2家純公營銀行存在就可以。
