蘇拉襲台╱翡翠、石門、明德、德基水庫洩洪　下游警戒 Aug 2nd 2012, 01:40 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕因應蘇拉颱風帶來的強風豪雨，經濟部水利署今（1）日表示，目前包括翡翠、石門、明德、德基水庫都在洩洪中，並已列為一級警戒，提醒下游地區及附近居民注意。
