天秤造成全台逾13萬戶停電　屏東、台東有2萬多戶待復電 Aug 25th 2012, 02:51 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕據台電公司統計，天秤颱風共造成全台共13萬多戶曾經停電，經台電搶修，已修復11萬多戶，目前全台仍有2萬多戶停電，等待修復，主要集中在屏東地區。
