台新金逼婚　張盛和：金管會不會同意惡意併購 Jul 1st 2013, 09:06 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕台新金控上周五（28日）以多數優勢在彰銀常務董事會通過彰銀與台新銀合併案，財政部長張盛和今（1）日表示，金融業不是一般的營利事業，可以強行併購，金管會不會同意惡性併購，他並強調，絕不能因為台新金投資了300多億元，就可以取得彰銀1.7兆到2兆元的資產，財政部一定堅決捍衛國家及全民利益。
