周小川首談錢荒：調整銀行放貸衝動 Jul 2nd 2013, 05:10 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕周小川表示，6月初的第一周，一些金融機構貸款增長比較快，尤其是票據業務增長過快，因此出現了頭寸緊張。資料顯示，6月前10天，金融機構貸款增量接近兆元人民幣。在24家主要銀行中，半數銀行的新增貸款甚至超過此前一個月的增量。
