側寫╱插旗黑山港　潘思亮：下一站峇里島、坎城、德國… Jul 3rd 2013, 23:17 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕黑山共和國被譽為歐洲第二個蒙地卡羅，2006年宣布獨立，2010年取得歐盟會員國候選資格，正朝著正式會員國邁進，晶華董事長潘思亮說，這正是投資黑山港的原因之一，除具有稅率優惠，投資環境相當迷人外，本身的地理位置及豐富的歷史背景也很誘人；晶華插旗的兩個案子，黑山港麗晶酒店預2014年5月開幕，黑山港麗晶酒店式住宅則緊接著在同年7月開幕，潘思亮走向國際的藍圖，開始要在歐洲開花結果，未來，包括峇里島、法國坎城、德國東南等地都有擴展計畫。
