富邦金GDR折價6.5%　籌資8.5億美元　台灣金融業最大規模 Jul 3rd 2013, 05:10 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕富邦金控宣布，完成發行8.5億美元海外存託憑證的訂價。這次交易共發行約6984萬單位海外存託憑證表彰6.98億股普通股，每單位存託憑證訂價金額12.17美元，折價幅度為7月2日收盤價新台幣39.05元的6.5%。同時，這次籌資發行規模除創台灣近6年新高外，也是台灣金融機構史上最大的GDR籌資。
