服貿協議對GDP貢獻小？駱錦明：看長期，開放比沒開放好 Jul 22nd 2013, 05:26 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕對於兩岸服務貿易協議的簽署，工商協進會理事長駱錦明今(22)日表示，「有開放比沒開放好的多，若要走向國際，這條路非走不可」，雖然對產業有正面、也有負面影響，但工商協進會仍採取正面看法，對於部分產業可能受到影響，政府應採取多項輔導措施，包括補助貸款等。
