美韓簽FTA也改了5年？　經濟部：美韓修改是為了擴大開放 Jul 4th 2013, 11:21 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕對於有學者質疑已簽署的兩岸服務貿易協議為什麼不能改？美韓簽署了自由貿易協定（FTA）後也改了5年才生效的說法，經濟部今（4）日強調，美韓FTA修正的內容並非「撤回」承諾，反而是韓國承諾加速降稅時程，以及擴大開放為主要目的，而非縮小自由化承諾。
