台紐ECA本周簽？梁國新：進展具體，但煮飯不能太早掀蓋 Jul 8th 2013, 07:06 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕外傳台灣與紐西蘭可望在本周三（10日）簽署經濟合作協議（ECA），經濟部政務次長梁國新今（8）日表示，台紐ECA目前確實有具體進展，但有關簽約時間、地點等等，還沒有可以進一步確認的消息，就好像煮飯太早掀蓋，米還是生的，後續反而很難處理。
