房市╱5成6房貸族每月還款2-3萬　利率問題最令人困擾 Jul 9th 2013, 05:13 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕根據房仲業者針對房貸問題所做的調查顯示，絕大多數購屋族選擇的房貸還款期限都在20年以上，其中以26-30年占32.6%最多；每月還款金額則以2萬5千元至3萬元占32.9%最多，其次是2萬元至2萬5千元占23.1%，合計有56%的房貸族每個月還款金額在2萬至3萬元之間。
