顏炳立看房市像「夏天穿毛衣」好冷！　豪宅可能跌5~10% Jul 4th 2013, 09:20 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕今年夏天的天氣明明熱到行，不過，戴德梁行總經理顏炳立卻以「夏天穿毛衣」，來形容現在的房地產市場「很冷」。他表示，金管會對壽險業投資不動產市場的禁令未解，讓第2季商用不動產市場腰斬，加上QE退場，下半年實在看不到樂觀的理由，他甚至預估，豪宅市場可能會有5%至10%的跌幅，如果奢侈稅的期限再延長到4年，那真的是「把呼吸器都拔掉了」。
