房市╱實價登錄10個月　全台成交量增4.95%北市小縮1.17% Jul 23rd 2013, 05:35 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕實價登錄即將實施滿1周年，根據房仲業者統計實價登錄前後各10個月的交易動能變化發現，實價登錄上路後，全國交易量成長4.95%，在六大都會區中，除台北市及新竹交易動能分別減少1.17%及6.85%外，其餘4都移轉動能都呈現正向成長，增幅在3.06%至9.21%，顯見實價登錄政策對房市具有正面的支撐力量。
