房市╱北市上班族　單程通勤時間最多容忍受1個小時以內 Jul 2nd 2013, 09:12 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕你可以接受的最長的單程通勤時間是多久？搭配房價的考量後會如何做選擇？根據房仲業者委託市調公司所做的調查結果顯示，以「通勤30分鐘內，房價省1/3物件」最受青睞，占了4成2，整體來說，有超過3/4的民眾能接受45分鐘以內的車程，預期房價可以省1/3至1/2，而最大能忍受的通勤時間則是1個小時以內，合計占了約9成，最遠可以接受到新北外環的林口、淡水、三峽等「2」字頭地區購屋。
