股東會╱光寶科通過2.4元股利　現金殖利率4.8% Jun 19th 2013, 05:22 〔記者楊伶雯╱宜蘭報導〕光寶科(2301)19日召股東會，通過每股配發2.4元股利，包含現金股利2.35元與股票股利0.05元，配股率與現金殖利率分別為72% 與4.8%，維持歷年來一貫的高配股政策。會中也順利通過董事選舉案，3位獨立董事吳國風、張孝威與楊耀武都順利當選連任。
