股東會╱智冠通過股利1.5元　王俊博：跨平台發展通路 Jun 19th 2013, 07:24 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕智冠科技(5478)19日召開股東會，通過去年度股利，每股配發現金股利1.5元，董事長王俊博指出，近年遊戲產業發生巨大變化，從PC平台漸漸轉移到手機平台，同時也面對不同的玩家族群，這樣跨平台的趨勢，正是智冠需要積極轉型面對的。
