股東會╱利機通過0.9元現金股利　今年營運展望樂觀 Jun 19th 2013, 07:24 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕利機（3444）19日召開股東會，順利完成董監改選及通過2012年度配發現金股利0.9元；總經理張宏基指出，今年全球及半導體產業景氣雙雙呈現溫和復甦態勢，趁勢推出新材料奈米銀漿，並積極擴大封測材料的市占率，今年營收已逐季明顯回升。
